Questions about IGH
IGH is an association that pursues the goal of standardising electronic communication in building technology and providing necessary tools (programmes) for practical use.
Companies and associations from the building sector can become members of IGH. The prerequisite for the use of IGH services and systems between supplier and customer is that the supplier (vendor) in each case is a member of IGH.
To ensure a standardised data exchange for the members, both on the basis of the product catalogues and in particular on the basis of the processing procedures (enquiries, offers, orders, etc.).
IGH members have to pay a one-time entrance fee of CHF 1,500. The annual membership fee is CHF 4’000 excl. VAT. Individual services are charged separately according to the time and effort key.
No transaction costs are charged (process exchange / orders, order confirmations).
- Rights: All members have the right to use the developed standards for the commercial and technical use of sales data internally as well as in customer transactions. They also have the opportunity to participate in voting, e.g. on projects, new members, etc.
- Duties: Members are subject to the provisions of the statutes, regulations, contracts and resolutions of IGH. Detailed information can be found in the statutes.
For the most part through the annual contributions of the members as well as through individual project-related contributions for clearly defined services.
IGH services are always free of charge for clients of IGH members.
