IGH clients agree that their data may be collected, stored and processed for the above-mentioned purposes. In addition, they agree that third parties called in for the provision of services may also have access to the data, subject to compliance with confidentiality.

Copyrights for downloads

The entire content of the IGH website and all downloads are protected by copyright. The client receives the simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use the titles offered for use in accordance with copyright law in the manner offered in each case.

The customer is permitted to download downloads and save them for use on end devices of his choice. Furthermore, it is not permitted to change downloads in any way in terms of content or editorial content or to use or resell changed versions. Violations will have legal consequences.

This website has been compiled with the greatest possible care. Nevertheless, IGH cannot guarantee the correctness and accuracy of the information contained therein. IGH excludes all liability for damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of this website or its data, insofar as these are not based on intent or gross negligence on the part of IGH.
