With e-bills, the da­ta is con­vert­ed elec­tron­i­cal­ly from the Data­Ex­pert^® for­mat to the Post­Fi­nance for­mat, in­clud­ing an in­te­grat­ed PDF file, us­ing the Yel­low­bill adapter and trans­mit­ted to Post­Fi­nance. Elec­tron­ic trans­mis­sion elim­i­nates the need to type in any in­for­ma­tion (ref­er­ences, ac­count num­bers, etc.). E-bills pro­tect the en­vi­ron­ment be­cause they are trans­mit­ted with­out pa­per. E-bills can be im­port­ed di­rect­ly in­to your own fi­nan­cial soft­ware for fur­ther pro­cess­ing, thus elim­i­nat­ing the need for pa­per archives. E-bills are se­cure, fast, sim­ple and save re­sources.

As an IGH mem­ber, you can use the Yel­low­bill adapter. This means that you can cre­ate all in­voic­es in Data­Ex­pert^® for­mat. The adapter takes care of the con­ver­sion and trans­mis­sion to Post­Fi­nance. With the in­tro­duc­tion of au­to­mat­ic pay­ment ini­ti­a­tion, more and more in­voice re­cip­i­ents are de­mand­ing e-bills. Data­Ex­pert^® en­ables providers to is­sue all bills in the same for­mat, re­gard­less of whether the bill re­cip­i­ent re­quests the bill in Data­Ex­pert^® for­mat or via Post­Fi­nance. Data­Ex­pert^® pro­vides the con­ver­sion to Post­Fi­nance for­mat if de­sired, adds ad­di­tion­al in­for­ma­tion in the process and al­so en­sures the ex­change of in­voic­es and sta­tus mes­sages be­tween the biller and Post­Fi­nance.
