IGH General Assembly 2025
March 12, 2026, at the Optinauta Customer Center of R. Nussbaum AG in Trimbach
A heartfelt thank you goes to R. Nussbaum AG for hosting us and to their staff for the excellent organization of the general meeting. We felt very well taken care of and were also treated to a delicious meal.
During a tour of the valve factory, the central warehouse, and the custom manufacturing facility, we were able to gain an interesting insight into the operations of our highly valued member.
The IGH is welcomed
The employees of R. Nussbaum AG warmly welcome the IGH. After a welcome coffee, we gain a good impression of the activities and corporate structure of our valued member.
Fifty-four people from 33 different member companies attended the general meeting. We would like to thank the participants very much for their interest and pleasant cooperation.
The guest presentation on the topic of DPP
Uwe Rüdel (GS1 Switzerland), Head of Industry Management for Technical Industries, introduced us to the topic of the Digital Product Passport. He illustrated real-world applications with interesting examples. He also highlighted the legal requirements currently being established within the EU.
The IGH is a member of GS1 and represents the interests of its members in the expert group “Sustainable Master Data for Construction Products.”
The IGH thanks Uwe Rüdel for his interesting and engaging presentation.
The General Meeting
Patrick Schmid (Hoval AG), President of the IGH, chairs the General Meeting. All motions are adopted unanimously by the members, with no abstentions.
In addition to the usual items such as the minutes of the last General Meeting, the annual and activity report, the annual accounts and the discharge of the Board, the election of the auditors and the current budget, there have been several changes to the Board this year. We regret that Patrick Schmid is leaving the Executive Board and are delighted with the election of Martin Schanz as President of the IGH. Furthermore, the Executive Board is being strengthened by the addition of Vaios Doukas from PROLUX Solutions AG and Baptiste Lacoste from Elcotherm AG.
