B2B communication
The B2B processes of IGH provide for communication between the members (retailers and manufacturers) on the one hand. This involves the DataExpert® WebServices. But also between the IGH members and the planners and installers as customers. For this purpose, ikk (individual customer conditions) and the IGH451 standard are used.
Connection to the webshop
The technical development among our members shows an urgent need to link the IGH processes to the members’ webshops.
The first connections to members’ webshops will be possible from 2023. We are working on realising the first requirements in this area from this year.
