Par­tic­i­pants can gain an im­pres­sion of the process­es in an in­ter­est­ing tour. Over 2000 pal­lets per day are han­dled in the 245 me­tre long build­ing. An over­whelm­ing flow of goods that en­sures sup­plies through­out Switzer­land!

A big thank you goes to Meier To­bler AG for the hos­pi­tal­i­ty and to their em­ploy­ees for the great or­gan­i­sa­tion of the mem­bers' meet­ing. We felt very well looked af­ter and spoilt with culi­nary de­lights at Meier To­bler AG.

In the hall for the pre­sen­ta­tions

58 peo­ple from 38 dif­fer­ent mem­bers were present at the gen­er­al meet­ing. We would like to thank the par­tic­i­pants for their in­ter­est and the pleas­ant co-op­er­a­tion.

Guest speak­er Dr Jonas Dis­chl, CTO of Xe­bia Switzer­land, sen­si­tised those present to the top­ic of "Ar­ti­fi­cial In­tel­li­gence".

Gen­er­al As­sem­bly

Patrick Schmid (Ho­v­al AG), Pres­i­dent of the IGH Board, leads through the ac­tu­al Gen­er­al Meet­ing. All mo­tions are unan­i­mous­ly ap­proved by the mem­bers with­out ab­sten­tions.

The IGH's planned ac­tiv­i­ties for the cur­rent year are thus ap­proved and should en­able the in­dus­try to take a fur­ther step to­wards dig­i­tal­i­sa­tion.

Cat­a­logue da­ta at the touch of a but­ton

At­ten­dees are in­formed about the im­por­tance of struc­tured prod­uct da­ta. The busi­ness cen­tre of­fers its services to sup­port the achieve­ment of ob­jec­tives.

The pri­ma­ry ob­jec­tives are:

  • Cre­ate the cat­a­logue da­ta at the push of a but­ton.
  • To pri­ori­tise the IGH for­mat for all da­ta re­cip­i­ents.
