IGH General Assembly 2024
14 March 2024 at the Service Centre (DCO) of Meier Tobler AG in Oberbuchsiten
Participants can gain an impression of the processes in an interesting tour. Over 2000 pallets per day are handled in the 245 metre long building. An overwhelming flow of goods that ensures supplies throughout Switzerland!
A big thank you goes to Meier Tobler AG for the hospitality and to their employees for the great organisation of the members’ meeting. We felt very well looked after and spoilt with culinary delights at Meier Tobler AG.
In the hall for the presentations
58 people from 38 different members were present at the general meeting. We would like to thank the participants for their interest and the pleasant co-operation.
Guest speaker Dr Jonas Dischl, CTO of Xebia Switzerland, sensitised those present to the topic of “Artificial Intelligence”.
General Assembly
Patrick Schmid (Hoval AG), President of the IGH Board, leads through the actual General Meeting. All motions are unanimously approved by the members without abstentions.
The IGH’s planned activities for the current year are thus approved and should enable the industry to take a further step towards digitalisation.
Catalogue data at the touch of a button
Attendees are informed about the importance of structured product data. The business centre offers its services to support the achievement of objectives.
The primary objectives are:
- Create the catalogue data at the push of a button.
- To prioritise the IGH format for all data recipients.
